6. Transfer of Personal Data

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed
- To request information if your personal data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request notification of the operations made regarding correction or deletion to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems
- To claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data
8. Right to Apply and Application Method
To exercise your rights under KVKK:
Your applications will be evaluated and answered within a maximum of 30 days. Pursuant to KVKK Art. 13/2, the transaction will be free of charge depending on the nature of the request; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be based.
9. Right to Complain
If your application is rejected, the answer given is found to be insufficient, or is not answered within the timeframe; you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 15 days from the date you learned the answer, and in any case within 60 days from the date of application.
